RX7
Rest assured with the sensitivity and feel you require, in addition to the confidence, you can push this blank a bit further with the durability of this series. RainShadow™ uses intermediate modulus, high-strain Toray™ fibers, and finishes it off with our exclusive resin and scrim systems.
Immortal (RX8)
Inspired by the new HDSC™ designs, these blanks and refreshed RX8 material have been meticulously engineered to astound. In this new lineup, there are all forms of bass casting, bass spinning, popping, and walleye. These blanks are sure to outperform in every category. The new IMMORTAL™ series touts revolutionary processing and progressive methodology to deliver hyper-performance blanks that come just below the flagship offering. Boasting many technologies, you can count on these to deliver exhilarating levels all around. These blanks are quickly distinguished with their titanium chrome finish.
Eternity (RX10)
State-of-the-art RX9 or RX10 carbon fiber material is the backbone of these blanks which also include proprietary ETERNITY pattern lay-ups and resin technology. Each ETERNITY rod blank is manufactured with a micro-buffed finish for additional weight savings and a super smooth semi-gloss finish. These blanks are known to be ultra-sensitive, feather light and incredibly strong.

Rod Geeks is a brand under the St. Croix portfolio of brands which includes St. Croix Rod, St. Croix Fly, and Rod Geeks Blanks. Rod Geeks blanks are crafted in the same two state-of-the-art factories in Fresnillo, Mexico and Park Falls, Wisconsin – both owned and operated by St. Croix – where St. Croix rods are crafted. Rod Geeks Carbon 5 and Carbon 3 blanks are made in Park Falls, while all other Rod Geeks blanks are currently made in Fresnillo. Our C2 blanks are the same as St. Croix's SCII, and our C4 is the same as SCIV. We do not have a direct SCIII equivalent because our C4 blanks are even higher performance.
Carbon 2 Series
These blanks deliver excellent performance and tremendous value. We've refined lengths, powers and actions in our Carbon 2 Series blanks using a rigorous research and development process. This attention to detail ensures the blanks are sensitive, lightweight and durable. The Carbon 2 Series features St. Croix's proven high strain, mid-modulus carbon fiber.
Bass Carbon 3 Series
These are designed with the inputs from Bass pros nationwide. The 24 models feature lightweight, well-balanced focused on tried-and true bass fishing techniques, comfort, and the ultimate in fishing ability and affordability.
Carbon 4 Series
These blanks are based on our popular Carbon 2 Series tapers and designs. The big difference: Carbon 4 high-modulus fibers deliver a rod that's lighter, more durable, stronger and more powerful – without sacrificing sensitivity. This series uses all of the same proprietary technology we use in our Carbon 2 prepreg, but we jack up the performance with a high-modulus, high-strain carbon fiber. We roll this material on small diameter mandrels that feature our ST3 — Smooth Taper Transition Technology — to yield blanks that are light, sensitive, powerful and durable with an incredibly smooth action.
Carbon 5
SCV blanks come right from the St. Croix Factory in Park Falls, Wisconsin. Packed with St. Croix technology like IPC (Integrated Poly Curve) and TET (Taper Enhancement Technology) production techniques, SCV blanks have the smoothest actions possible. ART (Advanced Reinforcing Technology) and FRS (Fortified Resin System) materials dramatically increase blank durability, while maintaining extremely light swing weights and sensitive feel.

North Fork Composites is GARY LOOMIS NEXT GENERATION of tubular composites and rod products. Known for quality and craftmanship, Gary's forward thinking is the building block of North Fork Composites (NFC), making them one of THE LEADING INNOVATORS of "Made in the USA" fishing rod products. Combining his selection of the highest quality of NEXGEN materials LMX and over four decades as an innovator in tubular composites and machining, NFC is changing the industry one item at a time. Be it the most structurally sound, lightweight blanks, to graphite reel seats or hand crafted carbon-fiber handles, Gary Loomis and his vibrant, hand-picked team refuse to enter a product into the market place if it doesn't improve upon something that already exists. That means EXCELLENCE in every NFC product.
SM
You are an avid fisherman seeking a blank that will enhance your fishing experience, yet last for years of use. Meet our SM-GEN2 material. Anything but standard, this aerospace grade fiber with a proprietary resin system is made to perform in the harshest of environments. Other manufacturers may claim to have rod blanks as tough as our SM-GEN2, but none are as light and responsive. The NFC SM-GEN2 rod blank is class leading while retaining lightness and are responsive by design. By incorporating GEN2, you will experience less fatigue at the end of the day. This will increase casting range, and control for better accuracy. These rods are undoubtedly the best performance value on the market.
IM
When Gary introduced the original design long ago, it created a fury in the industry. Our IM-GEN2 has evolved from the original design and has started yet again, uproar. The IM-GEN2 graphite brand is able to insight a "snapshot of what the lure is doing every inch of your retrieve. Every bump, rock, weed, and strike is transferred directly into your hands. Even the most subtle movement will feel like your bait is being sucked into a jet engine! Distance is another key factor to these rod blanks. These blanks show no mercy when setting the hook or flippin' a fish into the boat. You will feel in control from the hook set to the victorious end.
HM
HM-GEN2 rod blanks are the lightest, smoothest casting, and, we believe, are the most sensitive blanks manufactured in the U.S.A. Just how good are they? In some cases these blanks are up to 50% lighter than comparable rod blanks. Our extensive Pro Staff of professional guides, fishing publications and hardcore anglers alike agree that these blanks have no equal. Using HM-GEN2 as the engine for your rod, you can instantly feel the smoothness of the cast. When fishing for bass. other freshwater species, we incorporate a progressive taper design for maximum cast-ability. In this series we have also integrated an ultra-fine diameter tip for easy loading at short distances. The paper carbon scrim (PCS) that delivers lightness and super strength. Finally the modulus design blends are added to further reduce the weight and increase the speed of recovery of these HM-GEN2
X-Ray
Our newest material HM x-ray is the latest edition to the NFC material family. HM because it's the highest modulus currently available, x-ray because just like an x-ray machine helps you see things you normally would not, you can feel the slightest vibration with these blanks. These are the lightest, strongest blanks that we have ever manufactured. HMx-ray is 20% lighter than our existin HM, which is already insanely light! HMx- ray is more sensitive, and while we understand that "sensitivity" is subjective, it feels like you are receiving a shock through the arm, the ultimate aim is to allow you to "see" underwater. HMx-ray comes with in un-sanded, flat matte-black finish, almost pear-like. Sanding blanks makes them softer, the action of these blanks is crisp. The resin in these blanks is specifically developed for the fishing industry, and stops crack-propagation. Even if you impact the blank and create a microfracture which would normally result in a failure down the road, this amazing resin resists to continuing to crack, extending the life of the blank. HMx-ray is a scrim-less material, with the hoop strength being obtained by a very fine fiber slit into the other. This construction with a high modulus fiber allows the creation of an equal stiffness part, with less material.
